LVH Fund

Our Letting Vets Help fund is a fund set up to help us help pets who might not otherwise receive treatment**. Money is collected for this account through generous client and employee donations, ink cartridge recycling, and cash back incentives earned through shopping online stores. 

How can you help? 

Ink recycling Drop off your used ink cartridges to us when you visit next.  ALL kinds are welcome!

Online shopping Save Money for yourself when you shop online and help us build our LVH fund.  When you sign up and shop at your favorite stores through MrRebates.com, you can earn a percentage of your purchase price back.  For every purchase you make, LVH earns 20% cash back on the cash back you earn. Click on the link to get started!  You can also sign up for rebate shopping at ebates.com and earn a $5 bonus with your first purchase give LVH a $5 referral bonus toward our fund!

Purina Beggin’ Bacon Bash - Saturday, September 4th,10 a.m.—5 p.m. Blue Ash Recreation Center,
4433 Cooper Rd., Cincinnati, OH - Did you know there is such a thing as International Bacon Day—a day dedicated to the most fabulous meat on the planet? Well, you do now, so grab your best four-legged friend and come celebrate with us. In honor of this great day, Beggin’ is throwing a bacon-themed party hosted by Kevin Gillespie, a finalist on Bravo’s “Top Chef” known for incorporating pork into almost every signature dish. He’ll also give special cooking demonstrations using—you guessed it—bacon! The bash will also feature live music, a bacon-eating contest sanctioned by All Pro Eating (this is for human bacon-lovers only), a bacon pet costume contest, and much more. Plus, your dog is invited to help attempt to set a new Guinness Record for the “loudest group bark.” There’s no time like Beggin’ time. And there’s no day like International Bacon Day. Join us.
 
Doggie Doo-Athlon and Festival Monday, September 6, 2010 in Blue Ash, OH at Blue Ash Recreation Center -$20.00 Pre-Registration (through 9/4 at 11:59 PM EDT) Swimming Pool. Run and swim with your dog. Run 1.5 miles and swim 25 yards in shallow end of the pool to compete for prizes. Registration includes human t-shirt, doggie bandana and free admission to open swim and festival all day. The event benefits HART and other local non-profit animal agencies.

IAMS Bark in the Park - Tuesday 9-14-10 - 7:10 pm  Bark in the Park is back, and you can reserve your seats now to enjoy the excitement of Reds baseball alongside your pet at Great American Ball Park. A special seating area is reserved for dog owners and their pets, while the Fan Zone will turn into the "Iams Dog Zone," with product samples and activities for both dogs and owners.
 
Running of the Wieners - Friday, September 17, 2010 - 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Race between dachshunds outfitted in hot-dog bun costumes. Dachshunds run 100 feet across the square in heats of tej. Part of Oktoberfest-Zinzinnati USA.
 
Steps For Pets - Sunday, September 19, 2010 - 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. More than 300 people & their dogs are expected to walk scenic 1.5 mile course. Music, games, food, agility demonstrations, silly pet contests and vendors follow walk. Benefits UCAN.

Well, every time you check out on your pet's visit to our office, you will get a personalized invoice with your pet's picture inserted. Also, we will keep a copy of the photo in your pet's account for our convenience. We think this will be a fun event for both you, and our staff.
